The protein in our bread is neither exceptionally high or low, but is tin the exact proportion to the carbohydrates that nature planned in these whole grains. is a bakery that was founded upon the principles of healthful living, starting out in a small town in Missouri. It has since grown into three bakeries stretching across the Midwest and Southeast. 1961 Dr. Langworthy perfected the method of using sprouted grain in a loaf of bread. Since that time many people have followed suite and there are now countless bakeries using this truly remarkable process. Why? Because the life is in the sprouting of the seed!
