Breads For Life ...
is a bakery that was founded upon the
principles of healthful living, starting out in a small town in Missouri. It has
since grown into three bakeries stretching across the Midwest and Southeast.
1961 Dr. Langworthy perfected the method of using sprouted grain in a loaf of
bread. Since that time many people have followed suite and there are now
countless bakeries using this truly remarkable process. Why? Because the life is
in the sprouting of the seed!
We are a nation in need of the best of foods. Good health does not come in a
bottle or in any one food. It comes from a lifestyle chosen by you.
“Correct eating habits are one of the greatest factors in health. Millions dig
their own graves with their teeth. Then what shall we eat? The multitude of
books that have poured from the press have often confused rather that helped
people. The first thing to do is to forget about any single food as containing
the answer to nutrition, or any fancy, rare, or expensive food or diet, and
avail yourself of the information your Creator provided. Use common sense. The
Bible says that the original diet God gave to man was grains, fruits,
vegetables, and nuts.”
